Zion Ministries believes strongly in the power of social entrepreneurship (SE) – that is, ventures enacted to serve social good. The establishment of various schools, clinics, income-generating projects, churches and more involve a tremendous amount of overhead work; however, a conviction that these various social forums will help people to help themselves, and then pass this gift along in a continuous cycle, is strong and ever-present.

Zion Ministries is constantly evaluating and re-evaluating its programming to ensure meaningfulness, efficacy, areas ripe for expansion, and new project ideas. This spirit of social entrepreneurship invigorates Zion’s mission, utilizing an SE model that is holistic and open to new ideas, while continuing to stay focused on its primary social goals.
